दशहरा - बुराई के विनाश का चक्र

क्यों होते हैं रावण के दस सर? कई कहानियाँ सुनी, पर आज इसका मतलब समझा। समझा कि बुराई एक प्रकार की नहीं होती है, बल्कि रावण के सरों की तरह उसके भी कई रूप या प्रकार होते हैं. वो कभी-कभी इकठ्ठी सामने आती हैं, और कभी-कभी एक-दूसरे रूप के पीछे छिपी हुई. सबसे बड़ी बात ये कि कई बार बुराई का खत्मा सिर्फ बुराई करने वाले को ख़त्म करके नहीं होता है, क्योंकि बुराई को शक्ति तो कोई और ही दे रहा होता है - रावण की नाभि के अमृत की तरह. राम कितने ही बहादुर और ज्ञानवान हों, जब तक कोई विभिषण उनका दोस्त बनकर उनको ये राज नहीं बताता, उनके प्रयास पूरी तरह सफल नहीं होते और रावण के सर काटने के बाद भी जीवित हो जाते हैं. कहने का तात्पर्य ये कि जैसे बुराई अपने 'support system' के सहारे 'exist' करती है, अच्छाई को जिताने में भी 'support system' का 'role' महत्त्वपूर्ण होता है. - फिर सोचती हूँ कि रावण को हर साल क्यों मारते हैं? भगवानों ने इतने अवतारों में आकर, राछसों को बार-बार मारा, फिर भी बुराई खत्म क्यों नहीं हुयी? गौतम बुद्ध के ज्ञान देने के बाद भी, और सम्राट अशो

Thoughts on TGIF

As the first Friday of 2019 is ending in a couple of hours, it also points that there are 51 more Fridays to come in 2019... Do remember to make the most of each week before you say TGIF (Thank God It's Friday) on a Friday...
